Every Roamic product is covered by a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty that protects against technical defects and hardware failures.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout for 1-2 day delivery.
What is your return policy for open-box items?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item is opened, it must be returned with all original packaging, cables, and manuals to be eligible for a full refund.
Are Roamic devices compatible with international voltage standards?
Most of our portable electronics are dual-voltage (110V-240V). However, we recommend checking the specific product specifications page before purchasing for international use.
